ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Jacketeen ships worldwide, including domestic and international locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified promptly.

 SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.

SHIPPING COST

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur. Jacketeen is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Jacketeen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOSS OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
